How long does Applixure Health Check take to perform & what does it require from me?
From kick-off to final report, Applixure Health Check takes 4-6 weeks. During that time, there are 3 meetings that we need you to attend:
- 45-min kick-off where we guide you on installing the Applixure Agents
- 1-hour preliminary review
- 1-hour final presentation.
Can I get my Applixure Health Check results faster?
Yes! We can perform the Health Check in a tighter timetable. The reason we collect data for 4-6 weeks is to be able to get a more accurate view of the systematically recurring issues in your computer and software environment - rather than simply a snapshot of the issues you have during a few days. For example, your employees may not use software X every day, so to be able to see that it’s crashing systematically, we need to be monitoring on a day when it is used, and that’s more likely to happen when we monitor for longer.
