Product Updates

Applixure Feedback now available for Mac

We’re excited to announce that Applixure Feedback is now available for Mac users. After launching the Feedback client for Windows earlier, Mac environments can now also benefit from the same seamless way to collect and manage end-user insights.

Once installed, the Feedback client sits directly on the user’s device, no login or browser needed. On Mac, it’s accessible from the top menu bar; on Windows, from the taskbar tray.

From there, users can proactively share feedback or respond to requests triggered by technical conditions or software usage patterns observed by the IT team.

Why it matters?

Just like racing teams rely on driver feedback to improve, IT teams need continuous input from their end users to confirm that changes are actually making things better. Technical data alone tells half the story; real progress happens when you combine metrics with human experience.

If you’d like to see how Feedback can help your team close the loop between data and experience, contact your Customer Success Manager or reach us directly at sales@applixure.com.

Warning Explanations Now in Help Centre

Most alerts and warnings in Applixure Analytics now have detailed explanations and suggested resolutions available directly through our Help Centre.

Simply search for the issue you see in Analytics, and you’ll find clear descriptions of what it means, what causes it, and what you can do to resolve it — starting with Windows environments, with more platforms to follow.

This update makes troubleshooting faster, improves understanding of your fleet’s health, and helps IT teams spend less time guessing and more time improving.

New Article & Video:

IT Leaders Need More Than Technical Skills to Succeed

Stepping into IT leadership rarely comes with a manual. Many leaders start their careers as system administrators, engineers, or service desk managers, and suddenly find themselves responsible for strategy, compliance, budgets, and people.

The truth is, the skills that make you a great engineer aren’t always the same ones you need to lead effectively. But leadership in IT isn’t about perfection; it’s about building structure, setting clear standards for “good enough,” and leading with focus and data.

In our latest article and video, we explore what separates effective IT leaders from overwhelmed ones, and how clarity, structure, and visibility can transform how your team operates.

If you’re ready to move from managing tasks to leading with impact, this new piece is a must-read.
