Back to Work, Back to Updates
Hi everyone, and welcome back! We hope you all had a good summer. At Applixure, we’ve been busy over the past few months, and now that many are back to work, it’s the perfect time to share what’s new.
In this monthly update, we’ll highlight the latest product improvements, new resources you can explore, and a preview of what’s coming next. Whether you’re already using Applixure or just curious about how we help IT teams, this is your one-stop roundup to stay up to date.
Let’s jump in!

Product Updates
Applixure Analytics
We’ve made several updates to make Applixure more transparent and easier to manage at scale:
Scoring trends with context
You’ve always been able to see how your overall device health and performance score changes over time. Now, when you hover over a point in the trend line, you’ll also see what caused the change, for example, how many devices moved into or out of a warning state, or if alerts shifted significantly. This way, you don’t just see a score go up or down, you understand why.
More details in Device Rewind
Device Rewind now shows not only when drivers were updated, but also when old driver versions were removed. This gives you a complete record of changes, especially useful when Windows automatically cleans up or replaces drivers.
Live Agent version visibility
You can now see the actual Agent version running on each device in real time, not just what’s listed in install records. That means it’s easier to catch cases where a device looks up to date but isn’t — so you can ensure fixes and features are applied everywhere.
API access for Agent installers
For large environments, installers can now be downloaded directly via the API. This lets you automate deployment workflows instead of fetching installers manually.
Better fleet tagging with serial numbers
Mass tagging and attribute imports can now use device serial numbers, not just hostnames. Since hostnames often change or overlap, this makes managing big fleets more accurate and reliable.
Applixure Workflow
Easier device exports in Workflow
You can now export the devices linked to a work item. This makes it simple to share lists with colleagues, analyze them outside of Applixure, or keep records for audits. For teams using work items to track remediation tasks or projects, it removes a lot of manual effort.
Applixure Feedback
Feedback Client upgraded to .NET 8
For Feedback customers on Windows, the Feedback Client now runs on Microsoft’s latest Long-Term Support framework (.NET 8). This brings greater stability, security, and long-term compatibility. The result: end users can continue sharing their experience reliably, without risk of compatibility issues as Windows evolves.

Coming Soon: Use Case Library
We’re building a new Use Case Library, a central hub to explore how IT teams are using Applixure, the challenges they’ve solved, and the results they’ve achieved.
The idea is simple: provide practical examples you can relate to, and show how others have tackled the same questions your team might be facing.
Want to be featured? You can submit your own use case and join the Applixure Use Case Hall of Fame. Just reach out to communications@applixure.com or contact your Customer Success Manager to share your story.
The library is still in progress, but we’ll be sharing more very soon, so keep an eye out!
New Resources & Content
We’ve also been working on new content to support IT teams:
Guides & Playbooks Web page
Our website now has a dedicated Guides section, your go-to place for step-by-step resources, checklists, and best practices. If you haven’t visited it yet, it’s worth a look. Click here to see it.
Windows 11 migration resources
One of the most important topics right now is the shift to Windows 11. We’ve created resources to help you plan and manage the migration smoothly — so you can avoid surprises and ensure applications and devices are fully ready.
