New or Improved Features: Introduced in May
🔧 Improved Feature: Tagging for Devices and Software
Tagging is now more intuitive and accessible. You can now view and edit tags directly at the top of the detail pages for both devices and software, no need to scroll down to a separate section.
Just click "Edit device tags" or "Edit software tags" to:
-
Add or remove tags
-
Assign existing tags
-
Create new ones with clear category grouping (City, Department, Device type, etc.)
This change makes it faster to organize assets and improves visibility across your environment.

🚀 New Feature: Custom Information for Devices
You can now store organization-specific data, like Asset Tags and Purchase Dates, directly on each device's detail page.
Why it matters:
-
Enables richer search and reporting (e.g., filter by purchase year or month)
-
Supports better asset tracking and lifecycle management
You can also assign these fields in bulk using our import feature in Applixure Analytics. Full instructions are available in our Helpcenter article on mass import.
